Where does Floramuse ship?
We're Melbourne, Australia based but we ship globally, ensuring your orders reach you wherever you are as early as possible. All orders are delivered using Sendle Australia Domestic and International service.
How much is the shipping cost?
We're excited to offer free shipping on orders over AU$100 within Australia and New Zealand, and over AU$200 for our international friends in the USA, Canada, UK, Singapore, and India. For orders under AU$100, don't worry! We'll calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address and display it clearly at checkout, so you can plan ahead.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All prices on Floramuse are inclusive of applicable taxes, ensuring you won't encounter any unexpected fees at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but we'll provide an estimated delivery time once your order is on its way. We're committed to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible. This version still conveys the key information while being concise.
Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your shipment.
Kindly note:
- If a package is refused or not received due to an incorrect address (e.g., a typo), we’ll issue a refund once the package is returned to us. The refund will exclude the shipping costs to and from the destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. If you would like your order redelivered, this will incur an additional postage fee.
- All orders are set to require a signature upon delivery. Floramuse will not replace or refund items that are confirmed as delivered with proof, such as a signature or photo verification from Sendle Australia.
