Where does Floramuse ship?
We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring your orders reach you wherever you are in these regions. All orders are delivered using Express Post Australia.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of AU$100 and above within Australia and New Zealand. For orders below AU$100, the shipping cost will be calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All prices on Floramuse are inclusive of applicable taxes, ensuring you won't encounter any unexpected fees at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, excluding dispatch time, depending on your exact location. These delivery time frames are based on averages provided by the carrier. We’ll do our best to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible!
Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your shipment.
Kindly note:
- If a package is refused or not received due to an incorrect address (e.g., a typo), we’ll issue a refund once the package is returned to us. The refund will exclude the shipping costs to and from the destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. If you would like your order redelivered, this will incur an additional postage fee.
- All orders are set to require a signature upon delivery. Floramuse will not replace or refund items that are confirmed as delivered with proof, such as a signature or photo verification from Australia Post.
